Refund policy

Each Honey and Bridle item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color, or change of mind. Please review the product description and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can make it right.

If your package is lost in transit or there is another issue with your order, please reach out throughout Contact page and we'll be happy to help!

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first.
